- Daytona G.I.V.E.S. program provides fundraising opportunity for non-profit organizations
Daytona International Speedway and Americrown Service Corporation will host hiring events for those interested in being a part of the work force during the Coke Zero Sugar 400 Weekend, July 5-7.
Guest Services Fan Crew hiring events will take place inside the world’s only motorsports stadium on the following dates:
- Saturday, June 2, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
- Thursday, June 7, 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
- Monday, June 4, 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
- Saturday, June 9, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Applicants can enter Speedway property at the intersection of International Speedway Boulevard and Fentress Boulevard and park in front of the Axalta Injector. Applicants can also apply online. Positions available include Stadium Fan Crew (ushers), Admissions Fan Crew (ticket takers), Guest Services Booth Fan Crew and Tram Drivers, Ambassadors and Attendants.
Americrown, a subsidiary of Daytona International Speedway’s parent company International Speedway Corporation and provider of catering services and food and beverage concessions, will also be hosting a hiring event which is scheduled for Friday, June 15, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. at 525 Fentress Blvd., Daytona Beach. Positions available include supervisors, cooks, bartenders, servers, runners and dishwashers.
Daytona International Speedway also has opportunities available for 501(c)(3) organizations through the Daytona G.I.V.E.S. program. Non-profit groups can raise funds for their organization by volunteering with the DIS Guest Services team during the Coke Zero Sugar 400 Weekend. In the past year, participating groups have raised $168,000.
