We understand the coronavirus pandemic has affected our fans in different ways. As a result, our team has developed a variety of options and no-interest payment plans to aid our fans during these unprecedented times. Did you purchase your tickets after the capacity restrictions were put in place in July? By attending the 2020 Coke Zero Sugar 400, you have the right to renew for 2021, which means you're offered the best prices and many other renewal benefits. Because your seating options were limited in 2020, we wanted to give you the opportunity to select NEW seats or campsites among those now available. Check your account or give us a call to help you find the seat or campsite that works best for you.

Payment Plans. No-Interest payment plans are available to help you spread your payments throughout the year. We are here to work with you to customize a plan that meets your personal needs. Fans wishing to take a little more time can put down $25 during the renewal period and defer their first payment until as late as February. Payments can be spread out, up to 4 installments, and the final payment plan date has been extended to May 2021. Payment Plan Options:

Worry-Free Guarantee. We understand these are uncertain times, so we created an option for this year that provides additional security for your renewal order. Whether it’s finances, travel concerns, health, or other life circumstances, if your plans change after renewing, we have you covered. To qualify, you must renew your account during the defined renewal period. Any request to take advantage of the Worry-Free Guarantee must be in writing and received no later than 60 days prior to the Coke Zero Sugar 400. If your request is submitted and received by June 29, 2021, you will receive a 100% credit of the amount paid for use to a future NASCAR event at Daytona International Speedway during the 2021 or 2022 season. Using this option offers no guarantee of renewal rights of reserved seats, camping or other items for 2022 events.

Priority Access with the Relocation Period. Looking to move up to a new section? Find an aisle seat? Add premium parking? Renewal customers who renew also have priority access to upgrade and select from the best seating and parking options during Relocations on December 8.

Complimentary Parking. The first 1,000 fans to renew their tickets will receive a COMPLIMENTARY parking pass!

Q: When can I renew?
A: You can lock in your 2021 tickets now online HERE or by calling us at 1-800-PITSHOP before the renewal deadline, December 4.
Q: What benefits do renewal customers receive?
A: All renewal customers get the lowest pricing on tickets and camping, and multiple payment plan options are available. Only $25 down locks in your renewal for the 2021 Coke Zero Sugar 400 weekend. In addition, Renewal Customers have access to 2-Part and 4-Part Payment Plans as well as access to our Worry-Free Guarantee Policy. Renewal Customers also have access to our Relocation Period to upgrade and select from the best remaining seat or camping options or add new experiences like UNOH Fanzone and Parking at Renewal Pricing.

For those logging in for the first time, please follow all of the instructions below to renew your experience.
If you have logged in to our system in the past, log in using the Account ID or Email Address associated with your account and skip down to Step 3. Don't remember or know your Account ID or Password? Give our account team a call at 1-800-748-7467 to receive that information.

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: If this is your first time logging in, call us at 1-800-PITSHOP (748-7467) for your ACCOUNT ID and TEMPORARY PASSWORD.
Step 2 (For First Time Users Only): Update your password and account information. You will use your email address and new password as your login information in the future.
Step 3: Select your payment plan. You can choose to pay with a 2-Part or 4-Part Payment flex plan.
Step 4: Select your delivery method. You can select mail, FedEx or to pick up your tickets at Will Call. Click on order details under your ticket item to see the location of your seats and more information on your order. You can choose to move your seats during the relocation and upgrade period by call 1-800-PITSHOP on December 8.
Step 5: Select your payment method. Using the drop down, you can add a credit card to your digital wallet that you can use to pay for your tickets. You can also choose to add a different credit card to pay for your other payments if you chose a payment plan.
Step 6: Scroll down to additional information and add your email address and mobile device where you will receive your order confirmation. Review your details to make sure everything is correct before submitting your renewal.
Step 7: You'll receive your renewal and payment confirmation. Your confirmation number is located on the top left and you can see all of your payment schedule below as well as your delivery method. If you have any further questions or concerns, contact us at 1-800-PITSHOP.
